About the position

Reboot Staff is looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategy Coordinator to support the planning and execution of strategic marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This role will work closely with our marketing, recruitment, and client service teams to ensure campaigns align with our overall business objectives and market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand positioning and client engagement
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in the development of strategic content for digital, print, and internal communications
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to track KPIs and ROI
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to align messaging with business goals
  • Support the marketing manager with budgeting, planning, and vendor coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or strategy planning
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and campaign analysis
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
