As a Senior Specialist on the Product Design Strategy team, you will be responsible for identifying key customer needs to drive our design offering for products such as holiday cards, invitations, and t-shirts.
What your role will involve:
- Driving customer strategy. Lead the product design strategy for Vistaprint?s consumer segment
- Putting the Customer first. Use internal tools and established information sources to learn and report on customer needs
- Making decisions with data. Analyze multiple performance metrics across products to identify areas of opportunity
- Optimize content merchandising by managing categorization and keywords in our design galleries
- Communicating. Provide strategic direction to creative teams through briefs and design reviews, ensuring creative meets business goals
- Cross-functional collaborating. Provide product design expertise and input cross-functionally to influence product marketing and site merchandising plans. Seek input from product and merchandising teams to inform design strategy.
We?re looking for someone who has the following skills:
- Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or other related field
- 2-3 years experience in marketing (experience working with a Creative team a plus)
- Data-oriented, can use both qualitative data (such as customer and competitive research) and quantitative data to inform strategies
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
