About the position

The Digital Direct Store (DDS) is a global team at Microsoft responsible for sales Devices and Creativity at Microsoft. DDS puts the consumer at the center, helping them discover, learn, and buy through direct and partner channels in over 120 countries around the world. In the Marketing Tech organization, you will be part of a rapidly growing center of innovation chartered with solving customer pain points for a global ecommerce brand. The Marketing Technology team focuses on creating personalized online shopping experiences that reflect what customers care about most. They use data to find and grow the most promising opportunities. Acting as a connector between product, marketing, engineering, and design, they work together to improve how things run. Their goal is to keep learning and adjusting, using insights and technology to drive steady progress.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product innovation and continuous improvement across the customer journey.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every stage of the lifecycle reflects customer insights, business goals, and AI-forward thinking.
  • Monitor performance and make strategic adjustments.
  • Advocate for the customer in every decision.
  • Connect insights, technology, and agile execution to shape scalable, personalized experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience in product management or marketing technology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in e-commerce or digital retail.
