About the position

Ironscales is seeking a Marketing Technology & Automation Specialist to help power our go-to-market engine. This highly detail-oriented, process-driven team member will play a crucial role in keeping our systems connected, our data clean, and our marketing programs running efficiently. If you love making systems talk to each other, building workflows, and helping teams make better decisions with clean data—this one’s for you.

Responsibilities

  • Support ABM and demand generation execution - Partner with marketing and BDR teams to define audience segments, build target lists, and support ABM programs and event follow-ups with accurate, timely data.
  • Maintain clean, reliable data - Take full responsibility for lead and contact and account data hygiene—cleaning up records from lead sources like events, ZoomInfo, and Cognism, and ensuring proper routing and assignment to sales.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows.
  • Own the development, documentation, and maintenance of HubSpot workflows, lead scoring models, and nurturing sequences to drive efficient, scalable marketing operations.
  • Own and optimize our marketing tech stack - Manage integrations between HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Cognism, Outreach, and 6sense to ensure systems are synced, workflows are functional, and data flows are seamless.
  • Support reporting and analytics needs - Create dashboards and performance reports that help marketing and sales teams understand what’s working, what's not, and where to focus next.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in marketing operations or marketing automation, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with (or willingness to quickly learn) tools like 6sense, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and other martech platforms.
  • Strong technical curiosity and tool fluency—someone who loves diving into new platforms, figuring out how things connect, and building workflows to improve processes.
  • Strong process mindset—able to see workflows from end to end and ensure they’re fully optimized.
  • Experience building workflows, lead scoring models, and automated marketing processes.
  • Comfortable building dashboards and pulling data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Highly curious, self-starting, and excited to work in a fast-paced, scaling team.
  • Based in or near Atlanta, GA (hybrid preferred).
