We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient MarTech Data Engineer with deep expertise in Segment CDP, data pipelines, and marketing data operations. This role is essential to ensuring our customer data flows are resilient, well-governed, and optimized for real-time personalization and analytics. You'll play a key role in unlocking smarter, faster, and more compliant marketing capabilities across the Camping World/Good Sam ecosystem. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on integrating systems, maintaining high-quality data flows, and enabling dynamic segmentation and personalization across platforms. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in customer data platform architecture, data environments, and API-driven system connectivity. In addition to data engineering responsibilities, this role will own key elements of MarTech data reporting. You will build and maintain reporting pipelines that surface actionable insights from Snowflake, Segment CDP and other systems into dashboards and stakeholder reports. This position can be remote in EST, CST, MST or PST time zones.
