About the position

The Global Business Product Marketing (GBPM) team connects businesses with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger to help them grow their businesses through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce and more. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business leveraging our solutions. The Business Marketing Technology team is a vital component of the organization, operating at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. This team plays a crucial role in helping marketers realize their vision and strategy by designing and implementing technologies that drive efficiency and performance on a large scale. The team is closely aligned with bottom-line business goals and has an understanding of technology ecosystems and platforms. This enables them to prioritize solutions, articulate business requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver measurable results. The team's focus on innovation and impact ensures that they are constantly seeking new ways to improve marketing efforts and drive growth for the business. By leveraging their expertise in both marketing and technology, the Business Marketing Technology team is to develop and implement cutting-edge solutions that help the organization stay ahead of the competition.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end architecture of the Salesforce solution.
  • Support operations teams in existing campaign troubleshooting or maintenance.
  • Support platform leads in enabling new features with the overarching end-to-end architecture in mind.
  • Collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Identify and prioritize marketing use cases.
  • Deliver large projects end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience with product management or marketing/advertising technology.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Thorough technical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Products.
  • Experience working directly with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to provide business cases & requirements.
  • Experience launching or driving adoption of products, demonstrating knowledge of customer needs.
  • Experience with operational processes and issue management and resolution.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, Facebook Ads, Display, Onsite Merchandising, etc.).
  • Experience with business marketing.
  • Experience in content development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in digital marketing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with other Sales or Marketing SaaS solutions such as HighSpot, Splash, and Knak.
