About the position

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Marketing Transformation Executive in New York, NY. The Marketing Transformation Executive will manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. This role involves providing direction and control of Accenture resources, selecting individuals for assignments to ensure teams have necessary technical, functional, and project management capabilities, and defining Marketing Cloud Portfolio objectives and strategies. Additionally, the executive will direct and oversee business pursuits and proposals reaching $10M+ in annual sales, prepare the staffing plan to ensure engagements are completed on time and revenue/profit goals are met, and form project teams while overseeing the team's professional advancement, including evaluating performance and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
  • Provide direction and control of Accenture resources.
  • Select individuals for assignments to ensure teams have necessary technical, functional, and project management capabilities.
  • Define Marketing Cloud Portfolio objectives and strategies.
  • Direct and oversee business pursuits and proposals reaching $10M+ in annual sales.
  • Prepare the staffing plan to ensure engagements are completed on time and revenue/profit goals are met.
  • Form project teams and oversee team's professional advancement, including evaluating team's performance and providing feedback.

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 9 years of experience in marketing consulting, with 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
  • Experience leading and implementing large end to end Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Experience creating marketing plans, including making campaigns, giving marketing advice, analyzing data, and finding new potential customers.
  • Experience delivering to profitability targets on large projects by putting together a team, distributing work, and investing in business expansion to boost earnings.
  • Experience leading the development of marketing resource management, overseeing campaign tracking and coordination, and creating marketing analytics dashboards.
  • Experience utilizing Gen AI tools, including Vertex AI.
  • Experience employing marketing and sales technologies, including Adobe and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, for measurable campaign effectiveness.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
