MRI Technologist- full time, outpatient

About the position

Wellstar MCG Health Imaging (formerly AU Health Imaging) is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our patient-focused team! The position is full-time with a schedule of Friday, Saturday, & Monday until October. In October, the schedule will rotate into 6 days on (Monday through Saturday) followed by 7 days off. The location is an outpatient imaging center located on Wheeler Road in Augusta, Georgia.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.
• Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and maintain current valid registration from ARRT.
• Must hold a MR advanced registration through ARRT or must obtain it within their first 12 months of employment.
• Must meet the state licensure requirement for the state in which they practice.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
