About the position

Boost Mobile is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Retail Marketing Channel Lead to oversee our retail marketing strategies across major partners, including Walmart, Target, and Best Buy. This role is critical in driving our brand's presence and sales through innovative marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and campaigns for national retail partners (Walmart, Target, and Best Buy) to drive brand awareness and sales
  • Collaborate with retail media companies such as Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Best Buy My Ads to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across various channels and initiatives
  • Oversee creative development and execution of campaigns, including in-store merchandising, digital marketing, and customer research
  • Analyze customer insights and market trends to optimize campaigns and identify new opportunities
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with creative teams, product managers, and external partners to ensure cohesive campaign execution

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in national retail
  • Experience working with advertising agencies or on the client side
  • Demonstrated experience in managing national retail marketing strategies, including campaign development and execution
  • Proven ability to collaborate with retail media partners and leverage platforms like Walmart Connect, Roundel, and Best Buy My Ads to achieve campaign goals
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing strategies and collaborate across teams
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of telecom or retail-specific trends, with the ability to leverage customer insights for innovative marketing approaches
  • Familiarity with retail marketing platforms and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of social trends and retail media-specific analytics tools
  • Experience in managing contracts and fostering partnerships with major national retailers
  • Expertise in developing creative content and messaging tailored to different retail channels
  • Background in managing brand partnerships or promotional campaigns in relevant industries such as telecom or consumer electronics
  • Proficiency in analytics and data interpretation to drive marketing decisions
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint for deck building
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
