About the position

The Marketing Director has a deep understanding of the new development project life cycle and how to craft an effective marketing program. They play an instrumental role in facilitating the success of our projects and serves as a critical liaison between the real estate developer client, the internal teams, and vendors. They understand and can execute the sequence of predevelopment marketing, and evolve the program throughout a sales cycle, all while maintaining crucial deadlines. This individual will understand the CS culture as well as the new development landscape. The Marketing Director is a proven multi-tasker with excellent verbal and written communication skills who thrives on success throughout an ever-changing market and cycle of a project.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, budgets, schedules, and coordinate with necessary vendors under the guidance of the Senior Managing Director.
  • Build rapport, solidify relationships, and set expectations with clients, developers' representatives, and consultants.
  • Work in conjunction with the Senior Managing Director to develop effective project strategy and account management of the developments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely status reporting.
  • Work with the Senior Managing Director to ensure sales teams needs and feedback are being actively solicited and then addressed and incorporated into future project sales and marketing recommendations.
  • Maintain standard documents and systems to be used in both the marketing and sales phase of developments.
  • Develop strategy and manage vendors for creation of marketing items including but not limited to websites, brochures, sales tools, renderings and photography, event planning, and various promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of real estate new development marketing experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with CRM database software and InDesign is a plus.
