New Product Sales Specialist

About the position

The New Product Specialist role drives sales and provides outstanding service by effectively matching Members with AAA's comprehensive product offerings. This is an onsite role working full time at our Placerville Branch.

Responsibilities

• Actively promotes cross sales referrals, sales and branch promotions.
• Engage with the customer to identify the most suitable product offerings.
• Actively approach incoming customers.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert in the branch for all new Product and Bundle Offerings.
• Effectively communicate AAA new products and value propositions with team members.
• Achieve monthly assigned sales goals.
• Consistently follow-up on leads and unsold quotes by phone and email.
• Make outbound calls for lead generation.
• Actively work with Branch Team Members to generate referrals.
• Understand and actively promote products and services to achieve individual goals in support of meeting organization goals and objectives.
• Overcome obstacles that create barriers to Team Member or branch efforts.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
• Act as an agent for change while promoting AAA’s guiding principles and core values.
• Exhibit AAA guiding principles and core values.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of work experience with a preference for inside or outside sales.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with sales and service standards and goals.
• Bonding and fingerprinting may be required.
• Current & valid drivers license with a clean driving history.
