About the position

The New Revenue and Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to New Revenue and Expansion goals, acting as a single pane of glass between the New Revenue team and the wider Expansion Marketing organization. This role requires entrepreneurial and strategic thinking to drive significant revenue growth. It also demands strong collaboration skills to align marketing programs with New Revenue initiatives, pilots, and overall company goals. Although steeped in Marketing expertise and skills, this unique role will offer opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and scope as needed in the pursuit of fast paced, and rapid experimentation and learning. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing, Expansion + Retention.

Responsibilities

  • Go zero to one and build out brand new growth levers end to end that accelerate acquisition and monetization
  • Cut across product management, engineering, design, and analytics to bring new concepts to life
  • Dive deep on highly technical concepts and translate existing capabilities into future possibilities for the company
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for New Revenue to achieve business objectives that uncover new streams of revenue for the company and drive customer growth and monetization
  • Implement A/B testing and rapid experimentation to validate new growth levers and scale successful initiatives
  • Embrace a growth mindset, by launching a wide variety of new experiments and pilots to assess viability of new ideas, regularly demonstrating speed, agility and action-orientation
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with the New Revenue team and other cross-functional teams, such as the Product and other marketing teams, to ensure seamless execution of pilot programs and initiatives, working across all teams to get New Revenue work onto the queue, backlogs, and drive prioritization for speed and agility
  • Oversee the creation and execution of New Revenue-specific marketing campaigns, including email and IPC campaigns, performance marketing and promotions, and partnerships
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to continuously refine growth strategies
  • Influence marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI maximization
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners, including New Revenue team, PLG leadership, Lifecycle Marketing leadership, and the wider Growth Marketing leadership
  • Stay aware of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Be accountable to New Revenue goals and objectives - to deliver $100M in new revenue over three years by identifying and incubating new and incremental revenue streams

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in marketing experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Experience translating technical concepts into business requirements and product experiences
  • Experience simulating product experiences through analytical functions, scripts, and marketing channels
