Outside Sales Representative

About the position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team, offering an opportunity with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This position allows you to earn uncapped commissions while still receiving a base salary and full benefits. We provide best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $85,000-$95,000, with the potential to earn more through commissions and bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings increase to between $100,000-$115,000.

Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model
• Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries
