About the position
Brinkley RV is seeking a dedicated Owner Relations Advocate to join our team. The Owner Relations program aims to provide each customer with a personalized phone conversation shortly after their purchase. This engagement allows customers to articulate their thoughts and experiences while sharing their satisfaction levels regarding our products, employees, and dealership network.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with customers in personal phone conversations following their purchase experiences.
- Gather and document valuable feedback from customers regarding their experiences with our products and services.
- Identify areas of excellence and potential opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback.
- Contribute to product innovation by analyzing feedback and offering suggestions that align with customer needs.
- Serve as a critical connection between customers and customer care resources.
Requirements
- Customer service experience with daily interactions with diverse customers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and demonstrate empathy.
- Basic product knowledge to effectively address common inquiries about RVs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, experienced in OneNote, and knowledgeable in SharePoint.
- Ability to learn and navigate Oracle NetSuite for managing customer records.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
