Responsibilities

  • Assists with community's sales and marketing efforts, supporting the sales director.
  • Greets visitors and answers and directs telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.
  • Organizes, coordinates, and assists in planning of events, including weekend events.
  • Organizes and manages event RSVP’s. Completes confirmation calls when RSVPs are received, and completes reminder calls before the event.
  • Is a key participant in the back up sales team by speaking with prospects, answering questions, and giving tours, following the Transforming Age sales process and standards.
  • Documents all sales activity in Salesforce and other tracking documents as needed.
  • Works with Executive Director and Facilities Director to ensure apartment readiness prior to move in.
  • Supports move-in process by being a point of contact for move-in logistical questions, making key fobs/assigning keys, assigning parking spaces, setting residents up in callbox, and other duties.
  • Maintains and manages sales collateral and materials and reorders supplies, as necessary.
  • Provides additional business office coverage for walk-ins and during high traffic times.
  • Promotes the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrates commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous sales experience in senior living preferred.
  • Two to three years experience as Administrative Assistant involving customer service.
