About the position

Bidgely is seeking a strategic and versatile Part-Time Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a retainer basis. This role will report directly to Bidgely's Director of Product Marketing. It's ideal for a self-starter with B2B marketing experience—preferably within the utility, energy, or B2B SaaS industries—who can help craft compelling messaging, support sales teams, and drive go-to-market success through high-impact content and enablement assets. You'll work cross-functionally to bridge the gap between product, sales, and marketing, helping to tell our story in a way that resonates with target audiences. This is a great opportunity for a veteran product marketer looking for flexible hours or a junior product marketer eager to grow their experience within the energy, AI, and start-up sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain high-quality sales materials including pitch decks, solution briefs, product one-pagers, and other documents in support of buyer journey.
  • Tailor messaging by audience segment and sales stage.
  • Equip sales and business development teams with the tools, messaging, and training needed to engage prospects effectively.
  • Support onboarding with core messaging and product positioning guides.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and edit thought leadership content such as blog posts, executive articles, and webinar narratives.
  • Ensure alignment with strategic messaging and industry trends.
  • Support engagement with industry analysts and key industry influencers across media and associations.
  • Support the creation of compelling customer case studies, proof points and customer speaking sessions, including story development, slide development, and sometimes content writing.
  • Coordinate with design and marketing to bring stories to life visually.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product marketing or related B2B marketing experience.
  • Foundational product/pragmatic marketing skill sets and an eagerness to learn and deliver quality and results.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, value-driven content.
  • Demonstrated success creating sales tools and marketing content that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Comfortable working independently and able to collaborate across stakeholders.
  • Able to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.
  • Personal communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in the utility industry, energy industry, or B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific or verticalized marketing approaches.
  • Experience integrating GenAI tools into Product Marketing workflows, or an eagerness to learn how to do so.
  • Experience supporting executive thought leadership and social content.
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Workplace, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
