About the position

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that align with business priorities to drive conversion, sell-through, and ROI. You will build strong relationships with strategic partners, influencing marketing activations to reflect our product portfolio and business objectives. Working across a matrixed organization, you will deliver integrated consumer marketing campaigns, ensuring exceptional execution and compelling storytelling. Additionally, you will optimize marketing investments by leveraging multiple funding sources and aligning strategies to maximize joint value. As a trusted advisor, you will guide marketing decisions, ensuring activities deliver measurable impact and create shared success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in partner or channel marketing, preferably in the gaming or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing and consumer behavior.
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and assessing ROI.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to craft engaging stories around products and brands.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3 years of experience in the Partner Marketing space is required.
  • Knowledge of gaming market, and/or esports is required.
  • Experience with negotiating contracts is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Superb organizational, project management and communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong MS Excel and presentation skills are required.
  • Team player and a strong desire to achieve goals.
