About the position

AVEVA is creating software trusted by over 90% of leading industrial companies. The Partner Marketing, Senior Manager role is a full-time hybrid position located in Raleigh, NC. This role involves operationalizing Go-to-Market (GTM) and joint marketing strategies with a focus on Schneider Electric and cloud-based partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with alliance partners and driving go-to-market initiatives through marketing campaigns, content, and sales enablement materials to generate new customer leads and accelerate sales growth through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in partner and/or alliance marketing organizations and be willing to engage in the daily marketing of the partner community.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across AVEVA and SE to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop comprehensive alliance marketing plans aligned with overall company strategy.
  • Create marketing campaigns, including content, messaging, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the execution of joint marketing initiatives across various channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner initiatives.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews and performance evaluations.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner/alliance marketing activities.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on partnership performance and ROI.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management skills to execute complex marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in the technology sector required (Industrial Software industry experience preferred).
  • Growing understanding of marketing programs, events, promotions, and partner-sourced lead generation.
  • Analytical skills to measure and report on partnership performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent work experience.

  • Strategic development of joint go-to-market (GTM) plans.
