As the Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible, with the help of the team lead, for creating, shaping, and optimizing our digital campaigns while also working with various internal teams to create end-to-end marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy across a broad range of digital marketing channels
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Familiarize with existing tracking and funnels
  • Assist in setting up pixel implementation, conversions and event tracking
  • Analyze data to identify problems and opportunities
  • Produce effective ad copies
  • Define OKRs for channel experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 0 - 3 years of prior experience in Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of core digital marketing tools
  • Practical knowledge of digital platforms (Google, Facebook)
  • Understanding of web analytics (experience with Google Analytics is preferred)
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills
  • Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy
  • Excellent communication and literacy skills
  • Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges
