This role is part of the Paid Strategic Projects team within the broader Performance Marketing Strategy & Investment team and will focus on advancing our performance marketing strategy to align with the broader strategic priorities of the business. This role will include working on initiatives around building strategies for how we invest resources, support new products, audience expansion, and measurement while also looking ahead to new opportunities to advance our performance marketing strategy. It is a job that requires a combination of subject matter expertise, curiosity, and grit with excellent judgment and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand the complexities of strategic business priorities and leverage strong knowledge of Performance Marketing to build a cohesive strategy. They will also be comfortable with making decisions under uncertainty and working cross-functionally with key partners across Marketing, Operations, Data Science, Finance, and more to solve Uber's toughest challenges. It will be critical for the candidate to be able to communicate and drive alignment across a wide range of stakeholders with varying degrees of Performance Marketing knowledge.
