Responsibilities
- Assist senior technologists in preparing reagents.
- Perform routine laboratory tests.
- Ensure quality control by following established procedures.
- Use basic lab equipment and instruments.
- Perform phlebotomy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree from an accredited institution with courses in biological science, chemistry, and mathematics.
- Completion of a Medical Laboratory Scientist program accredited by NAACLS.
- Five years of full-time acceptable clinical laboratory experience in relevant fields.
- Certification as a medical technologist is preferred.
