About the position

The position requires knowledge of the principles of growth and development across the lifespan and the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status to identify each patient's requirements relative to their age and specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
• Assesses data reflective of the patient's status and interprets appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements.
• Provides care as described in departmental policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduate Degree (Masters) in Pharmacy.
• Must be licensed and in good standing in the state within 90 days of residency start date.
• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree.
• High level of communication skills.
• Ability to identify complex problems and apply scientific or clinical principles.

Nice-to-haves

• Computer skills with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and the Internet/Intranet.
• Ability to perform literature searches.
• Combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree.
