About the position
This position is for a Physician in various locations including Chinle, AZ, Kayenta, AZ, Crownpoint, NM, Gallup, NM, and Shiprock, NM. To qualify, candidates must demonstrate sufficient experience and/or education to perform the duties of the position. This includes both paid and unpaid experience, such as volunteer work through National Service programs. Candidates must clearly identify their duties and responsibilities in each position held, along with the total number of hours worked per week. The basic requirements include a Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from an accredited institution, a current and unrestricted medical license, and at least one year of supervised clinical experience. Additional requirements for higher grades include extensive graduate training in the specialty area of Emergency Medicine and board certification in the relevant specialty. The selected individual must maintain medical staff clinical privileges and meet all qualification requirements within 30 days of the closing date of the announcement.

Requirements
