About The Position

We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team on a PRN (as-needed) basis in Lorain County. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving mobility, relieving pain, and restoring physical function. Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations of patients' conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
