About the position

The Portfolio Marketing Manager role is pivotal to the growth of the company’s entire portfolio of brands. The right individual will align to our values, bring a growth mindset, hold a passion for hospitality in artisanal spirits and cocktails, carry grit and determination, and excel in project management and execution. This full time role will report to the Vice President of Marketing based at our San Francisco headquarters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of programs that build brand equity, enhance product visibility, and ultimately drive relevance and consumption of our products.
  • Provide cross-functional support across several portfolio brands, and importantly, on the H&Co brand and platforms (events, sponsorships / partnerships, influencer / PR, digital / content).
  • Support the strategy and planning for all H&Co experiential platforms (events, sponsorships, partnerships).
  • Coordinate logistics and on-site execution of all H&Co experiential events.
  • Execute PR and influencer activities by managing logistics, tracking contracts and deliverables, and coordinating with external agencies as needed.
  • Support marketing activities for company-owned brands including Junipero, Old Potrero, Denizen, and Barsol by executing assigned tasks and providing administrative and tactical support.
  • Maintain the H&Co POS platform, including inventory tracking, warehousing coordination, and shipping/receiving support for all portfolio brands.
  • Provide operational support for the H&Co coupon program, assisting with internal redemption processes for IRCs, MIRs, and digital rebates across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years experience in project management
  • Experience in hospitality preferred (experience in Spirits industry a plus)
  • Self-motivated with can-do attitude
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Digitally savvy and a creative thinker
  • Excellent communication skills that can adapt to cross-functional parties (sales, marketing, legal, operations, finance)
  • Thrives in a fun, dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Team player in flat organizations
  • Based in San Francisco
