Opening in early 2026, The Clayfield Hotel - part of Hyatt's Unbound Collection - is seeking a visionary Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the pre-opening and successful launch of this luxury destination in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Nestled in the heart of wine country and designed as a four-season retreat, The Clayfield is defined by its elevated guest experiences, immersive programming, and a refined brand identity that evolves with each season. From exclusive cultural events to curated partnerships the hotel will offer rich, locally rooted programming that blends sophistication with authenticity.
Requirements
- Keen understanding of tactics to maximize revenue by proactively selling all facets of the hotel
- Persuasive verbal and written sales presentation abilities, and able to coach others to do the same
- 3-5 years' experience as a hotel Director of Sales & Marketing or equivalent experience
- Hyatt experience is a PLUS
- Working knowledge of corporate, business and social sales and RFP processes.
