Timken's Regional Marketing teams deploy the strategies developed by our Global Marketing and Sales team into their perspective regions. The group builds programs to support market initiatives and product launches. The team communicates with customers and Timken sales teams to get the voice of the customer input in order to more effectively engage the market. We also manage programs developed to support our distributor partners who help us reach fragmented customers and users in the market. The portfolio of Timken products is expanding while the technology of how we and others do business is evolving. The Principal Marketing Analyst is responsible for growth initiatives with a focus on managing large scale projects that will directly impact our ability to grow and better serve our customer base.
