As a Principal Product Management leading Targeting and Personalization product development on our Commerce team, the role holder will conceive, define, design, develop, test, and launch highly effective platform capabilities that will enhance broader Commerce customer journeys in partnership with Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and wider Product teams. The Targeting & Personalization domains within Commerce are growing, with a focus on delivering seamless, tailored customer experiences that feel relevant to every user - supporting commerce goals across onboarding, upgrades and reducing cancellations and churn. The role holder will need to balance building more tactical executions driving immediate value leveraging existing capabilities alongside unlocking longer term opportunities through strategic capability development.
