About the position

As Principal Product Manager, Unified Identity & Audience Strategy, you will lead the product strategy and delivery of our unified identity goal: maximizing addressable reach across SiriusXM Media's podcast and streaming inventory via a privacy-forward, scalable identity framework. This initiative is foundational not just for ads, but for unlocking listener monetization across marketing, commerce, and subscriptions. You will drive strategy and execution to operationalize identity resolution at scale through the development of matching logic, data ingestion workflows, and system-level integrations. Enable smarter audience targeting to support outcome-based buying and empower marketing, commerce, and subscription teams with unified audience insights to drive growth. Activate advertiser and platform data signals through compliant, extensible systems and lay the foundation for advanced monetization capabilities, with a focus on interoperable integrations with key clients including data clean room enablement and more efficient audience reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against our addressability goal, maximizing unified identity coverage across logged-in listeners across SiriusXM platforms
  • Serve as the internal expert, thought leader and evangelist for unified identity to educate stakeholders on the capabilities and business outcomes this platform enables
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Legal to define a scalable, privacy-friendly identity solution including oversight of data ingestion workflows and signal resolution logic for advertiser and platform data sources
  • Translate cross-org needs (AdTech, Marketing, Operations, Commerce, Subscriptions) into a common identity platform and shared KPIs
  • Define and track metrics that measure identity coverage, accuracy, and downstream monetization impact against new capabilities and services that are developed as a part of these efforts
  • Collaborate with product peers in measurement, clean rooms, and targeting to ensure identity infrastructure feeds critical monetization & personalization use cases

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management with a focus on identity, data infrastructure, or audience platforms in media, ad tech, or related industries
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving data science, backend infrastructure, privacy, and external data partners
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
  • Strategic mindset with a bias toward outcomes and measurable business impact
  • Passion for customer experience, data integrity, and building platforms that scale

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in audio advertising, streaming media, or podcasting environments
  • Prior work with SSPs, DSPs, or ad servers
  • Knowledge of advertising data standards (IAB, OpenRTB, etc.)

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $145,900 to $220,800 depending on skills, qualifications, and experience
  • Eligibility for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives
