Come build the future with us! Amazon Ads is seeking a Principal, Product Marketing Strategy & Ops leader to lead strategic initiatives that shape how we bring our advertising solutions to market. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and training orgs to identify top areas of opportunity to optimize our go-to-market process. You’ll develop new strategies, frameworks, business requirements, and SOPs that drive consistency across the ads organization and support large-scale change management initiatives that ensure employee adoption and clarity across the Ads organization. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the GTM process for advertising products and solutions and have delivered large-scale strategic and operational initiatives with demonstrable impact.
