Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing programs to drive US adoption/usage of assigned products / technologies.
  • Inventory planning, including quarterly and yearly forecast and minimizing obsolescence.
  • Act as a point of expertise for information on the product, target market and competitors - gather competitive intel and execute competitive campaigns to grow share.
  • Create and manage detailed product management plans, including promotional activities, and sales initiatives to advance our value proposition.
  • Manage capital programs and pathways, including metrics around performance of programs and pathways.
  • Keep marketing channels updated, working collaboratively with other marketing personnel.
  • Develop campaign objectives, priorities, messaging, content, and key metrics.
  • Direct integrated marketing plan and execution.
  • Develop, organize, and support engaging assets and content to drive thought-leadership.
  • Responsible for development of project budgets and control of spend.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, industry experts, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing or advanced degree with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field of electrophysiology.

  • Experience: 5+ years in product or brand marketing in the Med Tech space.
  • Communication Skills: excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: strong ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
  • Travel: willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for market visits, customer engagement, and internal meetings.
