About the position

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principle Product Manager in Atlanta, GA. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy that leverages AI to optimize e-commerce operations and enhance user engagement. The successful candidate will define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that leverages AI to optimize e-commerce operations and enhance user engagement
• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, using this data to inform product decisions
• Lead the integration of AI technologies into e-commerce platforms, focusing on personalization, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics
• Work closely with online Merchants, engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
• Advocate for the customer by deeply understanding their needs and pain points, and incorporating their feedback into product iterations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on AI and e-commerce
• Proven track record of successfully leading product initiatives from conception to launch
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in e-commerce
• Familiarity with machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics
• Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable product plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
