This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, patient-focused organization while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer patient questions and provide information on procedures and wait times
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting patients and providing exceptional service
• Direct guests and manage patient registration
• Promote and educate patients about available services
• Stock refreshments and encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews
• Maintain clean waiting areas and perform general cleaning duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, front desk, or reception, ideally in hospitality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify information for patients
