EAH is now seeking to strengthen the Rennline team with a Product Specialist as the Business continues to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound phone calls and emails
  • Learning relevant information of constantly expanding product line
  • Technical support of products (troubleshooting, technical specifications etc.)
  • Assist network of vendors and suppliers
  • Work alongside remote customer service team
  • Resolving customer order issues (returns, shipment information etc.)
  • Order Verification and Payment Support
  • Data entry
  • Other tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • High School Education or GED equivalent
  • Basic vehicle knowledge
  • Team player
  • Comfortable in fast paced work environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Professional Automotive service/repair/modification experience
  • Previous customer facing experience
