The Marketing Execution Specialist is responsible for fulfilling marketing asset requests supporting Employee Banking and Investments (EBI) Corporate Clients via fast-paced queue and strict deadlines. The candidate will work aside the Marketing Process Owner prioritizing requests and distributing assets leveraged in multiple partner channels.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the process owner to help develop, simplify, and maintain EBI marketing activities for program infrastructure including formal procedures relating to marketing assets, events, and program communications.
  • Manage asset release supporting monthly EBI Corporate Client launches on time.
  • Evaluate and complete marketing ad hoc requests for over 500 clients based on expected timeline and deliver flawlessly.
  • Requires regular interaction with EBI teammates, business control and business partners to help drive operational improvements.
  • Resolve broad marketing operational issues and coordinate activities and processes across lines of business and operations segments.
  • Support management of Marketing Inventory including approval submission and knowledge of where/when it’s used and stored in compliance with procedures.
  • Participate in routines to gather EBI Relationship Manager feedback to improve Marketing activities and collateral.
  • Perform all functions, represent marketing/event processes on multiple department-wide projects and continually utilize independent judgment.
  • Requires thorough knowledge of banking products/services line managed.
  • Business Control testing partnership, Readiness collaboration and other assignments.
