About the position

In this role, you will be a key player in our success, partnering with a squad leader new and evolving products and services. As a Product Delivery Manager, you blend deep knowledge of Product Management and Business Analysis skills and can drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle. You have a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life! This role also offers ample opportunities for growth and learning in the dynamic field of product delivery: Strategy: Understanding the problem or the why and aligning it to the mission. Execution: This is where and how the work gets done. Business Readiness: How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with a squad leader on new and evolving products and services.
  • Drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle.
  • Empathize with customers and define problem statements.
  • Generate solution ideas and collaborate with teams.
  • Focus on driving change in how business is conducted to bring products from strategy to the marketplace.
  • Understand the end-to-end customer experience and identify pain points.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and agile teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development.
  • Strong communication skills to drive towards business goals.
  • Ability to navigate complex scenarios and foster collaboration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Product Delivery Lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience required; MBA preferred.
