This position is responsible for creating user interfaces for our web sites and customer-facing digital experiences, including the execution of any associated research and usability testing.
Responsibilities
Designs user flows, wireframes and prototypes that balance user needs, business goals, and brand standards.
Applies an iterative, collaborative design process with cross-functional partners to develop effective solutions.
Researches and analyzes customer behavior to inform design decisions.
Presents design rationale to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
Maintains and evolves our design system to ensure consistency across digital touchpoints.
Ensures all designs meet accessibility standards and reflect inclusive design principles.
Tracks and champions emerging UX trends in e-commerce, identifying patterns worth testing to enhance our customer experience.
Other project or duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology or related field required
5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in e-commerce
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch or similar design tools
Familiarity with AI-enhanced design workflows and tools
Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) and design constraints
Experience with A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics tools
Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to present to cross-functional teams
Collaborative mindset with a passion for fashion, customer experience, and innovation
