About the Role:
As a Product Designer on the ProsperWorks Creative team, you will be responsible for designing every aspect of the the user experience from conceptualizing the next big idea with customers to fine tuning details with engineers as we innovate, build and ship! Ideal team members can apply a complete range of product design, visual design and interaction design.
Responsibilities:
* Lead design discussions that take concepts through to production
* Conceptualizing, wire-framing, rapid prototyping, user-testing, interaction design and visual design
* Create features in close collaboration with other Product Designers and Engineers
* Create experiences that make the complex and confusing simple, fun and understandable
* Contribute in setting an overall vision for design
Requirements:
* 3+ years web and mobile design experience
* Experience leading usability studies
* Visual and interaction design chops
Bonus Points:
* CRM experience
* Ability to prototype in HTML, CSS and Javascript
* Startup experience
