Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of technical experts, fostering collaboration and driving initiatives that align with our technical roadmap.
- Leverage golfer insights to develop new products, ensuring they meet performance and launch expectations across our golf ball platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to pull together innovative technologies from the greater team.
- Develop innovation, product and people strategies to support business objectives.
- Contribute to overall department planning, priorities and foster teamwork.
- Manage innovation calendar and align with various departments to meet future technical objectives.
- Seek and advise R&D Leadership of new intellectual property opportunities.
- Meet with personnel to review progress on projects, assign new projects and reprioritize existing projects as needed.
- Provide appropriate feedback to individuals on an ongoing basis to manage performance, and also conduct annual performance reviews, goal setting, and tracking.

- Annual salary range of 130,700.00 - 163,500.00 - 196,300.00 USD
