Product Director - CSG Salesforce Success Plans

About the position

The Product Management Director is responsible for driving enhancements to the Salesforce Signature Success Plan offer. As a key member of the product team, you will define the product roadmap, and work with other product managers, engineering, sales, delivery, marketing, finance, and other stakeholder teams to bring products to market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, the needs of Salesforce customers, and the specific requirements of the Signature Success Plan offer.

Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for Signature Success and ensure alignment with business goals
• Work with delivery, sales, and marketing to bring products to market
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product innovation
• Represent the product team to key stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Ensure that the Signature Success Plan offer meets the needs of Salesforce customers and partners
• Drive growth and adoption of the Signature Success Plan offer

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management
• Prior product management experience in SaaS, public cloud, or Large Enterprise B2B software
• Excellent understanding of the Salesforce platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
