Job Description
NGK-Locke Polymer Insulators, Inc. of Virginia Beach., a manufacturer of polymer high voltage transmission insulators is seeking a Product Engineer (entry level).
Responsibilities will include:
* Conducting analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop design for products,
* Coordinating manufacturing and/or assembly of prototype products or systems and preparing design modifications as required.
Job Requirements
* Candidate should have knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, and be proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2007 or newer (minimum AutoCAD LT).
* A working knowledge of Maxwell version 11.1.1 by Ansoft Corporation is a definite plus as well as having experience with Inventor.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications is also required.
* Bachelors Degree/Engineering
* At least two years of experience
