Little experience? No problem – we’ll train the right person who’s willing to show up, work hard, and grow with us.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the fabrication and assembly of high-quality dairy equipment and products
• Use basic hand tools, follow assembly instructions, and learn fabrication techniques
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace
• Work closely with experienced team members and supervisors

Requirements

• A reliable worker with a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Ability to work well with others and follow directions
• Basic welding knowledge a plus
• No previous fabrication or assembly experience required
