About the position

The Product Integrity Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality performance of all apparel and hosiery private label products while managing costs. This position coordinates all testing and QA-related activities, working closely with regional and section heads to maintain high standards and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all Private Brands & Special Customers apparel and hosiery testing and QA activities.
  • Review and act upon bulk fabric and production garment test reports.
  • Liaise with the Customer QA team to obtain overrides for test and inspection failures.
  • Ensure on-time submission of TOP (Top of Production) samples from offices for private label products to respective buyers.
  • Track all pending TOPs by style, color, and size to ensure accurate submissions.
  • Submit TOPs to private label customer buyers upon receipt, provide tracking numbers, and update PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system.
  • Responsible for distributing required seal samples to relevant personnel and selected vendors.
  • Assist the VP of Global Quality & Product Integrity in developing, implementing, and maintaining a scorecard for stock reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Pull specific styles, distribute different sizes, and coordinate wear tests.
  • Develop scorecards and statistics for the VP of Global Quality & Product Integrity to share with relevant department personnel, facilitating product improvement.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), spreadsheets, and presentations for the Quality Control department upon request.
  • Write SOPs or outlines for specific brands, products, or customers.
  • Develop useful spreadsheets for various functions to aid the team.
  • Create informative PowerPoint presentations for different initiatives to share with the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of textile/apparel product development, testing, and/or quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including the ability to read and understand test and inspection reports.
  • Must be highly detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Google Workspace applications.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.
  • Experience in apparel manufacturing or factory environments.
  • Experience working with overseas factories.
