About the position
As Product Lead, Assets, you’ll own the vision and execution for our asset platform—spanning both our industry-leading stablecoin products and the next generation of tokenized real-world assets. This is a unique opportunity to drive both the scaling of multi-billion-dollar stablecoins and the 0-to-1 development of new asset classes, all while working across engineering, commercial, and regulatory teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the roadmap for our stablecoin infrastructure and new tokenized assets.
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of asset orchestration APIs, multi-chain capabilities, and custody infrastructure for enterprise clients.
- Drive 0-to-1 tokenization efforts for new asset classes, turning customer needs and market trends into industry-shaping products.
- Work closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure, and regulatory ready.
- Partner directly with some of the world’s largest institutions to understand their needs and ensure our infrastructure exceeds expectations.
- Accelerate adoption of both stablecoins and new tokenized assets, in partnership with commercial teams.
Requirements
- Product Management experience at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or infrastructure company
- Proven record of building and scaling high-growth products, ideally in payments, digital assets, or blockchain
- Experience with both 0-to-1 innovation and scaling of established platforms
- Technical acumen (comfortable working with APIs, blockchain protocols, and engineering teams)
- Strong communication and leadership skills; able to inspire and mobilize cross-functional teams.

- Base salary range for candidates in the U.S. is $221,691—$260,813 USD.
