Product Lead, Experience (Remote - US)

About the position

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the end-to-end product experience for enterprise customers at a cutting-edge fintech company. You’ll drive the design and implementation of intuitive dashboards, developer tools, and seamless onboarding flows that make complex blockchain operations accessible and user-friendly. As a key advocate for both users and developers, you will collaborate across commercial, support, and engineering teams to create scalable, elegant solutions that enable adoption, retention, and long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Define the overarching vision for enterprise-facing experiences across onboarding, dashboards, integrations, and support tools.
• Lead the development of intuitive UX for stablecoin and tokenized asset operations to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
• Create and improve self-service dashboards and B2B interfaces, enhancing flexibility for clients without requiring code.
• Oversee the design and delivery of high-quality developer tools, SDKs, and documentation to simplify integration for enterprise clients.
• Work cross-functionally with commercial, support, and customer success teams to capture insights and translate them into product improvements.
• Continuously refine customer workflows for payments, asset conversion, and management, ensuring efficiency across segments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, particularly with B2B SaaS or fintech platforms.
• Strong collaboration history with UX/UI design and engineering teams to deliver polished, user-friendly experiences.
• Deep passion for user-centric design and the use of data to drive product iteration and success.
• Demonstrated ability to increase adoption, engagement, and retention through thoughtful experience design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience building developer platforms, APIs, or tools.
• Background in enterprise fintech, payments, or client onboarding/KYC.
• Familiarity with complex workflows and enterprise client needs.
