The Product Management Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Product excellence by overseeing and guiding a team of CREST (Coaching for Results, Experiences, Speed and Teams) coaches, who are responsible for working with balanced teams and leaders, consisting of product management, user experience, engineering, etc. This position involves assessing balanced teams' ability to achieve business goals and customer outcomes, identifying opportunity areas, and fostering continuous improvement through tailored coaching programs and workshops. This role will leverage extensive experience in Agile methodologies within highly matrixed organizations to ensure the delivery of value and data-driven results. Additionally, this role requires serving as a trusted, unbiased advisor to leadership, providing strategic insights on building and sustaining high-performing Product teams. This position demands a proactive approach to leadership, a deep understanding of Agile practices, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
