Product Manager, Asset Owners-Private Markets

About the position

Charles River for Private Markets is seeking a Product Operations Manager. You will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our global product and engineering team. Your responsibilities will encompass managing product-related requests, coordinating with internal stakeholders, maintaining product documentation, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with product vendors, including compliance, billing, and contract renewals.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive product documentation.
• Lead strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and scalability of the product team.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related requests for proposals (RFPs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, operations, or a related field.
• Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred.
• Understanding of the private markets/alternative investment lifecycle from manager due diligence to investment monitoring and analytics & reporting.
• Ability to work as part of a global, distributed organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience with vendor management and compliance procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.

Nice-to-haves

• Progress towards CFA or CAIA is desirable.
• Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools.
