About the position
As Glean’s Connectors PM, you’ll expand Glean’s connectors library, improve and deepen our existing product integrations, and improve our Indexing API and custom connector capabilities. You will spend a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs, develop key parts of our product roadmap, and marry customers’ needs with our product vision. Your role will involve empowering your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment, while driving customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution. You will coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company, and build processes that will scale as our team and company go through rapid growth.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies
- Experience serving large enterprises with customer-facing surfaces and internal capabilities
- Strong technical background with API-first products and integration paths
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of ownership and delivering results
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional partners
