About the position

Minno is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Product Manager to help lead our mission to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for Christian families and kids. Reporting to our Chief Product Officer, you will drive product development across mobile, web, CTV, and emerging platforms. You will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution—translating user insights, business needs, and technical requirements into meaningful product outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain product roadmaps across platforms (mobile, web, CTV, and future game environments).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across UX, Content, Engineering, and Marketing to align priorities with business goals.
  • Champion the product vision and advocate for innovative, engaging experiences for our target audience.
  • Lead cross-functional planning for product features, launches, and timelines.
  • Establish and evolve SOPs for project scoping and kickoff, app store submission and review workflows, and cross-team resource coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and dependencies.
  • Plan and execute usability testing and audience research to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Analyze data, user feedback, and competitor insights to guide feature development.
  • Identify pain points and moments for user delight.
  • Partner with internal and external development teams to deliver high-quality, on-time releases.
  • Coordinate QA efforts across all platforms and maintain device/OS test coverage.
  • Ensure each release meets performance, accessibility, and user experience standards.
  • Serve as the product lead in internal meetings and external partnerships.
  • Collaborate on updates to GoMinno.com and other digital touchpoints.
  • Drive alignment across departments to ensure a cohesive product ecosystem.
  • Own and manage a prioritized product backlog that includes features, bugs, and enhancements.
  • Support agile team rituals and foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Deep passion for serving Christian families through technology and storytelling.
  • Experience defining product vision, shaping go-to-market strategies, and leading product development across digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex ideas, make data-informed decisions, and balance long-term vision with short-term execution.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment; able to collaborate with engineering to scope features and refine technical implementation.
  • Familiarity with entertainment and content consumption across CTV, mobile apps, and web platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with a bias toward action and clarity.
