This includes enabling collaboration between first responders, businesses, and communities to enhance response, improve safety, and advance Axon's mission to Protect Life.

Responsibilities

  • Integrating data streams and events from physical security systems, sensors, and trackers.
  • Understanding workflows and the value of various safety solutions to drive decisions on notification and alert prioritization.
  • Creating a roadmap that addresses challenges faced by end users, including first responders and dispatchers.
  • Partnering closely with product design and engineering to enhance product capabilities.
  • Designing scalable solutions for integrating data and events from third-party partners into Axon Fusus.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering and scaling sensor integration platforms, real-time pipelines, or video streaming solutions in public safety or physical security markets.
  • Expertise in designing and shipping UX-heavy applications with complex workflows.
  • Strong background in IoT or device-to-cloud solutions.
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions to senior executive team and external customers.
  • Well-developed product management fundamentals, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Hands-on approach to data analysis, including writing SQL queries and inspecting logs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with physical security products such as access control and alarm systems.
  • Prior experience in Enterprise Video Management Software, Physical Security Information Management (PSIM), or Military/Public Safety SaaS markets.
